3. Online Donations & Tax Benefits (Section 80G)

All financial contributions made to the Foundation are voluntary charitable donations intended solely for the rescue, treatment, daily feeding, and shelter construction for cows and animal welfare:

• Voluntary Nature: Donations are made voluntarily without any commercial expectation or exchange of goods/services.
• 80G Tax Deductibility: Eligible donations qualify for a 50% tax deduction under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors desiring an 80G Tax Certificate must provide an accurate Permanent Account Number (PAN) and postal address during donation checkout.
• Receipt Generation: An instant digital receipt with reference ID is issued upon successful completion of payment. Annual donation statements are submitted to the Income Tax Department under Form 10BD.

4. Payment Gateway & Transaction Security

Online payments on our website are facilitated through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as Razorpay, UPI, NetBanking, and RuPay/Visa/MasterCard debit/credit cards). The Foundation is not liable for transaction failures caused by donor bank network downtime, incorrect OTP entry, or insufficient donor account balance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website—including the Foundation emblem, logo, text, rescue photographs, veterinary treatment videos, campaign materials, and software code—is the intellectual property of Shriradheyshyam Nandi Gaushala Foundation. Unauthorized copying, commercial reproduction, or misleading use of our brand name or rescue imagery is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.

6. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or overburden the Website or compromise donor security. Users must not:

• Submit fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to backend databases or administrative portals.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or malicious scripts on our donation endpoints.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure 100% accuracy and uptime of our digital services, the Foundation and its directors, trustees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party cyber threats, or payment gateway server interruptions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to website usage or donations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
