Cancellation & Refund Policy (रिफंड एवं रद्दीकरण नीति)

1. General Principle on Voluntary Donations

श्रीराधेश्याम नन्दी गौशाला फाउण्डेशन (SHRIRADHEYSHYAM NANDI GAUSHALA FOUNDATION) is a registered Section 8 non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, emergency medical surgeries, daily nutrition, and rehabilitation of abandoned and injured cows, bulls, and calves.

Donations made to the Foundation are voluntary charitable contributions aimed at humanitarian and animal welfare causes. Because funds are promptly allocated towards the purchase of green fodder, cattle medicines, veterinary doctor fees, and shelter construction, regular charitable donations are ordinarily non-refundable once processed.

3. Refund Request Procedure & Timelines

To request a refund for a duplicate, erroneous, or failed transaction, the donor must follow these simple steps:

1. Timeline: Submit the refund request within 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction.
2. Mode of Communication: Send an email from the registered email address used during the donation to:

3. Mandatory Details Required:
   • Donor's Full Name and Mobile Number
   • Payment Gateway / Razorpay Payment ID (e.g., pay_XXXXXX) or UPI UTR Reference Number
   • Date and Exact Amount debited
   • Bank statement copy or SMS screenshot showing the duplicate deduction
   • Clear reason for requesting cancellation/refund

4. Processing Method & Timeline

Once a valid refund request with complete documentation is received:

• Verification: Our accounts team will reconcile the transaction with our banking partners (Razorpay / PNB) within 2 to 3 working days.
• Refund Execution: Upon approval, the refund will be credited directly to the original source account / payment mode (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking account) used by the donor.
• Bank Settlement: The amount will reflect in the donor's account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the donor's issuing bank policy.

5. 80G Tax Exemption Certificate Adjustments

If an official 80G Tax Exemption receipt was already generated for a refunded transaction, that receipt shall automatically become null and void. The Foundation will update the Income Tax Department Form 10BD records accordingly, and the donor must not claim tax exemption on refunded contributions.
